The Story

PlotX is a Web3.0 gaming startup organisation on a mission to build skill-based games in the Play2Earn category. PlotX is an all-new crypto-based fantasy trivia game where you can join contests about what you love – crypto, cricket, football, pop culture and many more.
Plotx reached out to us for hire mid-senior & leadership hiring across their Technology, Product&Design and Marketing teams.

The Challenge

Working alongside multiple recruitment agencies, PlotX faced many challenges: Candidates presented to them were not of the right calibre.
Drawn out and inconsistent recruitment processes.
As a result, relationships with existing agencies suffered, with a lack of trust and confidence from the hiring managers and Plotx leadership. Working in Web3 is often fast-paced and unconventional.
