Pratik Mokashi is the Co-Founder and COO of Talhive, where the mission is simple: make hiring smarter and connect great companies with the right tech talent. For over a decade, he has led Talhive's operations, growth, and employer-brand strategy, working closely with organizations to solve their toughest talent challenges.
His career didn't begin in recruitment. After earning his engineering degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pratik spent his early years in the global services industry and project management before founding his first venture — an early lesson in entrepreneurship that taught him as much through its challenges as its wins. Those experiences gave him a builder's mindset and a deep appreciation for the people behind every successful business.
Today, his work centers on talent acquisition, leadership, and operational excellence — helping companies not just fill roles, but build teams and brands that scale. Networking and genuine connection have always been his strength, and it shows in how he approaches both his work and his writing.
Outside of work, Pratik is an avid biker who brings the same energy to the road that he brings to building Talhive: leaning into challenges and coming out the other side with either a win or a lesson worth sharing.
