How long should the recruiting process take?

45% of projects are completed by our recruiters within 3 weeks. 70% of recruiting mandates are completed within 4 weeks.  95% of hiring projects are completed within 6 week time span.

I have applied for a vacancy and I have not been contacted. Why is that?

We acknowledge all applications via e-mail. if we assess that you are suitable for a role , we will contact you to discuss the role within 2 working days. If we have not contacted you by then it could been that we felt you were unsuitable for the role or that we have not received your CV.

Do you hire for anything apart from Technology roles?

We do! Yes, Technology hiring is our forte . However, apart from hiring for Software Developers, Product Managers and Product Designers; we also hire for  functions that overlap within a Product company. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations, we do it all.

What are your fees  ?

Every project and requirement is different.
Our fees are based upon the time that it is going to take us to complete the search rather than an universal percentage.  

I have applied for a vacancy online, are my details have been sent to the client?

No! Once we screen all applications , we call the suitable applicants to discuss the role and make them aware who the end employer is. Your details are only sent to the employer once both you and our Consultant agree to do so.

Will Talhive send my CV to clients without contacting me

No NEVER! We only present your details to an employer only after we have spoken to you about the vacancy, the company and received your permission to do so.
