Fee Structure

Talhive's standard fee structure for executive search mandates:

• 20% Search Activation Fee payable at mandate start
• 10% on Offer Acceptance
• 70% after the candidate joins and completes 30 days

Actual fees may vary by mandate. The engagement agreement governs all commercial terms.

Replacement Guarantee

Every placement through Talhive carries a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of their start date, Talhive will restart the search at no additional cost. The specific terms and conditions of the guarantee are defined in the engagement agreement.
